It was a cold call that turned into a beautiful friendship, more than a Realtor/client relationship! From her first visit to the end, Kat was transparent, warm, and forthright. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and professional every step of the way, yet she treated our home as if it were her own. She was there during our most difficult moments when we lost a family member during this process, and never once did I have to worry about the home, she took care of everything for us. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone starting their journey of selling their home.
